Sadly there is no simple way. You can expose the whole film, taking care to mark the film once you've loaded it, then reload and keep the lens cap on and wind until you find the correct frame.
Or with some experimentation you could figure out how many turns of the rewind knob will take you back a frame.

oh I see. What do you mean with 'mark the film'?
Once I tried to shot the film twice but after rewinding I wasn't able to pick out the part of film you use to load the camera again :/

I meant, if you're on the 15th frame then write it down and once you've shot the whole film and rewound it. You then load it again and wind forward to the 15th frame.
You need to be careful when rewinding so the tab isn't wound into the canister. You can get a little tool that can get the tab if you wound it in.

I have a question about submissions.
I have recently developed a film swap roll, I was the second shooter and I used a Zenit TTL for it, the first shooter used a bell and howell. would this disqualify my submission(s) even though I used a Zenit?

I hope I explained that right :paranoid:

Technically since you took the picture with a Zenit and since you are submitting it, then it would be technically Zenit photography, though it could be argued the the the other camera makes it not Zenit photography.
Personally I would accept it, if you submit it saying that you took the picture with a Zenit and that your friend used a Bell and Howell.
Thanks for the question :)
